What you can ask here
Corrections come first. If something on the site is wrong — a translation credit, a citation, a fact in a lesson, a claim that reads as more settled than it is — this is the fastest way to tell us, and it is the mail we act on quickest. Questions about accounts, school and organisation access, and reports of anything broken also arrive here.
What we cannot answer
We do not issue religious rulings. A question that needs a fatwa needs a qualified scholar who knows your madhhab and your circumstances, and answering it from here would be the exact failure this site is built to avoid. Nor can we book live teaching — the courses are self-paced.
How the form is protected
There is no captcha and no bot-detection challenge to solve. The form uses a hidden honeypot field and a rate limit on the server, which stops the volume of automated submissions without making a person prove they are one. If a message does not go through, it is a fault rather than a judgement about you.
