Aal-e-Imran 3:189

وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Allāh is over all things competent.
