Al-Anfal 8:18

ذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ

That [is so], and [also] that Allāh will weaken the plot of the disbelievers.
