Al-A'raf 7:181

وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَآ أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَبِهِۦ يَعْدِلُونَ

And among those We created is a community 1 which guides by truth and thereby establishes justice.
