Al-Buruj 85:9

ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌ

To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allāh, over all things, is Witness. 1

Saheeh International.
