Al-Haqqah 69:9

وَجَآءَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَن قَبْلَهُۥ وَٱلْمُؤْتَفِكَـٰتُ بِٱلْخَاطِئَةِ
And there came Pharaoh and those before him and the overturned cities 1 with sin.
