Al-Mu'minun 23:46

إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟ وَكَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا عَالِينَ
To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they were arrogant and were a haughty people.
