Ar-Rum 30:3

فِىٓ أَدْنَى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ
In the nearest land. 1 But they, after their defeat, will overcome
