Ash-Shu'ara 26:199

فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيْهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ مُؤْمِنِينَ

And he had recited it to them [perfectly], 1 they would [still] not have been believers in it.
