At-Takwir 81:29

وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
And you do not will except that Allāh wills - Lord of the worlds.
