Terms of use
Terms for using this Quran learning platform.
Acceptable Use
- Use the platform for lawful study, worship support, education, and personal development purposes only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data you are not authorised to access, or misuse other user accounts.
- Do not misrepresent product outputs as personalised religious rulings, accreditation, or guarantees the platform does not provide.
Accounts and Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We may limit or suspend access where serious misuse, abuse, or safety concerns are identified.
- Where child, family, classroom, mentorship, or teacher workflows exist, the relevant supervising adult remains responsible for appropriate oversight.
Content and Intellectual Property
- Open religious texts, translations, or other licensed source materials remain subject to their own rights and licences.
Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds
- Paid plans are billed for the period shown at purchase and never renew silently — you are told before any charge.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
- UK and EU consumers keep their statutory 14-day cancellation rights on new subscriptions; where you have already used paid features in that window, a proportionate deduction may apply as the law allows.
- Quran reading and the free tier are not affected by cancelling a paid plan.
Termination
- You may close your account at any time from account settings; deletion removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, unlawful use, or risk to other users, with notice where reasonably possible.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability for paid plans is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
Governing Law and Disputes
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales — except that consumers keep any mandatory protections and forum rights of their own country of residence.
- If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved directly and quickly.
- We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after a change means acceptance.
